Oral Presentations
- HCI talks are 12 min + 3 min Q&A
- UP talks are 25 min + 5 min Q&A
- We will provide presenters with an HDMI cable. Presents are responsible for a presentation device and an adapter if needed.
Poster Presentations
- Poster boards will fit A1 posters only.
Workshops and Tutorials
- We will provide presenters with an HDMI cable. Presents are responsible for a presentation device and an adapter if needed.
- Unfortunately, consumables such as pens, cards, sticky notes, and the like cannot be provided.
- UP: Flipcharts and pinboards will be provided as indicated in the abstract. Should there be any changes, please contact up24@germanupa.de.
Student Research Competition
- Talks are 6 min + 2 min Q&A
- We will collect presentations in advance and provide a laptop onsite.
Remote Presentations
- Presentations remotely are only possible via a video submitted before the conference. Live remote presentations are not possible.
